Tango Networks is pleased to announce the addition of the 3CX Communications System to the portfolio of UC platforms it supports.
The Tango Networks Mobile-X service will provide seamless Mobile Unified Communications for the distributed workforce for companies using 3CX for corporate communications.
The award-winning Mobile-X service is a SIM-based solution which adds true mobility to any corporate communications platform. It turns every mobile device into an enterprise-controlled endpoint, just like a desk phone.
The solution works with business-provided mobile phones as well as personal devices with the new Mobile-X Extend offering making it the perfect BYOD business SIM. It permits simple touchless provisioning over-the-air using an eSIM on any personal BYOD phone, placing a business line controlled by the user’s employer in the device.
Companies using the 3CX for cloud-based platform can now extend communications to remote workers, traveling employees, deskless workers or workers in hybrid environments and work-from-anywhere models.
Flip Connect, a 3CX Platinum reseller partner, is the first of several 3CX resellers to offer a Mobile-X-based mobility offering to customers.
Mobile-X is a native mobile UC service, requiring no apps, special configurations, or training. Users operate their phone’s native dialer to make and receive calls and send and receive texts from their business numbers.
Mobile-X’s fixed-mobile convergence technologies are covered by more than 90 Tango Networks’ patents and have received dozens of awards, including a 2021 Mobile Breakthrough Award for Best Unified Communications solution.
The service is a finalist in UC Today’s UC Partner Awards 2021 for UC Channel Solution of the Year in the UK.
Mobile-X Extend is available for customer pilots now and will be generally available in 1Q2022. The service is sold solely through Tango Networks’ value-added resellers and communications service provider partners.
