A solution we launched with our partner FourNet is featured in a new article about public sector organizations recording their employees' mobile voice and text messages.
FourNet's ANTENNA Mobile solution is featured in articles today in two public-sector-oriented publications in the UK.
Authored by FourNet's Stuart Williams and our Executive Vice President Andrew Bale, the article explores the challenges of maintaining communications archiving and monitoring compliance in today's work-from-anywhere world.
Like many businesses and other organizations, government and public sector entities often have requirements to record, monitor and retain communications. But communications on mobile devices can be out of the scope of traditional methods for archiving and monitoring calls.
"The new service, provided by FourNet in partnership with Tango Networks, enables public sector customers to access full call and text recordings plus comprehensive data analytics on usage when the mobile phone is equipped with an ANTENNA SIM or eSIM," Stuart and Andrew explain in the article.
"Expanding its services into the mobility solutions market, FourNet and Tango offer customers a unique, one-number, audit and governance-compliant SIM and mobile service."

The ANTENNA Mobile solution was announced last month in a joint press release.
ANTENNA Mobile will provide business-class mobile communications fit for the hybrid-working era and will enable public sector customers, including a range of Whitehall departments, to access full call and text recordings plus comprehensive data analytics on usage, when the mobile phone is equipped with an ANTENNA SIM or eSIM.
The use of ANTENNA Mobile will allow customer compliance teams to have access to SMS messages and call recordings for compliance or training purposes. Handsets can also be blocked from installing apps like WhatsApp and other encrypted services which might elude audit trails.
